The Cookie Barre was formed in 2018 by then 15 year old Jessica Foulkrod after getting an acceptance letter from the prefessional ballet company, Gelsey Kirkland Academy's summer ballet intensive in New York. What started out as a small cookie fundraiser soon evolved into what is know today as the business you see before you. Since then, The Cookie Barre has been continuing to help Jessica along her journey of becoming a prefessional ballerina one day. With awards such as Third Best Place to Buy Cookies in Monroe Michigan from the Monroe News Best of the Best competition, The Cookie Barre has been known for their inovative flavors and handmade decorations.
